The following article enumerates the terms and conditions with regard to the online portal of Al Khayam Group of companies in UAE:-

  1. User Privacy.

    Al Khayam Group protects the privacy of its esteemed customers, clients, employees and other visitors who avail its online portal services that may provide their personal information.

  2. Order Processing

    Whenever Customer makes an order he has to make 100% advance payment against the order through our online portal. The products so ordered, will be delivered to the customer as per the delivery schedule subject to availability of items. In case any product/products are out of stock, customer will be contacted immediately to replace the items or to refund the paid amount.

  3. Refund.

    In case you wish to cancel your order for any reasons, you must do so within one hour after the order is placed. Refund will be directly credited to your Card/Account as per the Bank Policy, depending upon its merit.

  4. Returns.

    Al Khayam Group ensures prompt delivery of the ordered items in good physical conditions. If anything went wrong with the delivered item, during the delivery, the case will be considered for replacement/refund upon its merit. Either the product will be replaced or the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account as the case may be. If any damage or defect occurred to the product after it was delivered, the return/refund cannot be entertained.

  5. Shipping.

    Al Khayam Group will be responsible to address issues of any that may occur during the shipping process. Al Khayam groups takes no responsibility if any damages occurred to the product after it was delivered. We request the customer to store the delivered products as per the storage conditions. We will not take any responsibility due to mishandling or any other problem that may occur after the delivery of the product to the customer.

  6. Out of Stock Policy.

    Al Khayam Group prepare fresh bakery products and ensures that customer receive fresh and best quality products. Sometimes, this may leads to stock fluctuation throughout the day. If any items is out of stock for some time, Al Khayam group will try to arrange it at its earliest. Just in case this is not possible, Al Khayam reserves the right to decline any order. The Company reserve the right to accept or reject any order without assigning any reason whatsoever.

  7. Account information.

    • United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the site and the terms of use without leading to any conflict of laws/principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in UAE.
    • We accepts payment by VISA or Master Card either debit or credit card in AED for its products.
    • Customers using the website who are minor/under the age of 18 shall not be eligible to register as a user of the website and shall not transact or use the website.
    • Card holder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchandizer policies & rules.
